More than half of our federal income taxes are being used for war. Find out more about this form of conscientious objection at our introductory workshop. Topics will include:
-- Creative legal protests
-- Refusing to pay all or part of federal taxes and the possible consequences of this form of civil disobedience
-- Living below the level of taxable income
-- Phone tax resistance
-- Redirecting resisted taxes to local alternative funds and/or community organizations
-- Local support networks for war tax resisters
